Refund and Returns Policy for RetroFoodTruckSells.com

At RetroFoodTruckSells.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing listings, services, or products on our platform.


1. Digital Product / Listing Services

All purchases of digital services such as featured listings, advertising space, or promotional upgrades are non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not delivered due to a technical fault on our part

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.


2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we or vendors on our platform sell physical items (e.g., retro food truck parts, merchandise), returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@retrofoodtrucksells.com with your order number and reason for return.


3. Food Trucks Sales / Classifieds

RetroFoodTruckSells.com is a listing platform. We do not directly sell or own the trucks listed. We act as a marketplace facilitator.

As such:

  • We do not handle returns or refunds for vehicles sold through our platform
  • Buyers and sellers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and inspections before completing a transaction
  • All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon by the buyer and seller

If you believe a listing was fraudulent or misleading, please report it to us immediately at report@retrofoodtrucksells.com


4. Subscription Services (If Any)

If you are enrolled in a monthly or yearly subscription plan for seller services, you may cancel at any time. However:

  • No refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation
  • Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle

If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.


5. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

  • Your full name
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots

We aim to process valid refund requests within 7–10 business days.


6. Exceptions & Disputes

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that:

  • Appear to be fraudulent or abusive
  • Are submitted after the allowed timeframe
